Need to meet potential roomies, Credit check, references. No guests No pets Have a big dog. Non- smoking. Backyard not available for roomies. This is my home, I’m looking to have someone responsible and mature. I’m renting a bedroom, if you need storage, I’m not able to accommodate. I like people who are friendly and kind but who mostly keep to themselves. I’m a busy person who enjoys quiet. If you’re a “ chatty Cathy” I’m sure lovely but maybe not suited for this house.
