Individual bedrooms come unfurnished, but can be furnished for an additional fee.

The property has 5 available bedrooms of various sizes, 2 spacious full bathrooms (shower in one, tub and twin spacious sinks in the other), a well-equipped spacious eat in kitchen (full utensil, dishware and supplies included), 2 spacious living rooms (one on each level) with a spacious back deck accessed from the main level living room looking out onto beautiful wide-open picturesque farm land.

Meals can be prepared individually in the fully furnished kitchen or for additional fee, coordinated for delivery in from a wonderful nearby chef / restaurant. Residents would shop for their own supplies and cook on-site or pay for their order in meals. Ordered in meals would be coordinated by our team on-site with the local chef / restaurant.

Laundry is on site (supplies included), located in spacious bathroom located on the main level of the home.

A weekly cleaning service would attend to the kitchen, bathrooms and vacuum the various shared spaces and individual bedrooms.
