2 bedroom 1 bathroom available in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, starting from August 1st, we would allow you to move some stuff beforehand if you need to. Rent will be $2050 for the two bedrooms, utilities and internet is extra and will be split between the residents of the unit. The bathroom will be private use, only to be shared between the residents of the 2 bedrooms. We are moving away because of grad school so looking for someone to take over our lease.
