We live balanced lifestyles between work and fun. Honestly a healthy and happy loving environment for a great price. Utilities are included, internet is shared but extra. The main areas are furnished but we welcome more furniture from anyone new. The bedroom is unfurnished. The kitchen has a TON of shared appliances. Parking is $100/m extra if you need it. Great area, close to transit. & We have a super cute cat named pumpkin, but the space is so big you may not see him too much.
