I have a condo in the Beltline area of downtown Calgary, it’s 2 beds 2 baths 2 balconies. The room comes furnished with your own bathroom and large closet. There is free street parking which may be limited but as of right now there is someone in the building renting a parking space in the underground heated parkade for $200 per month (but maybe you could get them down to $150 per month?). Half block away from lots of transit options.

I have high speed internet and all the streaming channels. Water and electricity is also included in the monthly price.

I would be okay if you had a 1 pet, the condo accepts cats or dogs. We can discuss that in more detail about a seperate pet deposit. However, I have a few plants that may not be pet friendly.
