Beautiful private, furnished large room - south facing, big windows; sunshine and bright! Study desk/chair. Private bathroom; high ceilings; lots of closet space. Shared use of kitchen with Francesca, and the beautiful outdoor deck (too cold in winter!). A very quiet location. 1 block from 109 ST - buses up towards U of A or a 20 minute walk to the university.

You will co-reside with me,Francesca, in my home. I am a female, Academic English University Lecturer (semi-retired) (I can help you with your academic papers if needed). I will be away a lot; it is crucial that you are a mature, responsible female STUDENT (minimum age 25) who is happy to live on their own and manage ‘our’ household for a few weeks at a time. NON-smoker. As for me, I am very fit, active, outdoorsy - I speak French, Spanish, German, English. I am very neat and clean and need a roommate that has an equally high standard of orderliness and hygiene. References (may) need to be provided, as well as proof of attendance at University. You will need to sign a contract.
