This 2019 built home has never been rented. Property has its own wall mounted TV and Bose Home surround sound cinema speakers. Room 1 has a double bed and Room 2 has a bunk bed frame and mattresses. Room 2 bunk bed can be shared by two person at a different rate. Students are welcome. Non-smokers only. Short Term stay is welcome at a negotiable rate.
