Hi! I’m Jessica. I’m a BCIT student looking for a roommate to live with me and my cat in a brand new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment next to Burquitlam station. You get your own bedroom and bathroom. Move-in date between now and beginning of September. My cat is friendly with people but must be the only pet as she doesn’t get along with other animals unfortunately. I’m an introvert but would still like to get along with my roommate rather than acting like complete strangers living together, so I’m ideally looking for another student/someone around my age with similar interests. I plan to stay here for at least 2-2.5 years so I’d also prefer to find someone for that long, but 1 year is ok too. Rent is $1400 per month plus half of BC Hydro and Internet, or $1475 per month with internet and BC Hydro included. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.
