The 2-bedroom apartment is in an unbeatable location and just a few minutes walk from Kits Beach and Kits Pool, right by York Ave and Vine Street.

The one available room is bright, super spacious, and has a large built-in closet. It’s unfurnished, but you can take over the bed and mattress from my current flatmate if that makes moving easier. The bathroom is shared. The flat has lots of storage as well and an additional storage locker in the basement. Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed. We have a big and cozy living room, and an additional couch is coming soon. Overall, I’m planning to do some redecorating and am happy to do some thrift shopping together for the shared spaces, but not a must :) We’re on the 3rd floor (no elevator), and the real gem is the shared rooftop patio with incredible ocean, mountain, and city views and just perfect for sunsets or a morning coffee.

You’d be sharing the space with me, Lena (she/her), 28. I work full-time in Product Design with a hybrid schedule, so I’m home a 1-2 weekdays. Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking, swimming, cold dips, beach days, picnics, camping, surfing, and road trips. I’m also into creative stuff like painting and crafts, and love discovering new spots around the city. At home, I like to keep things calm, clean, and relaxed as a place to recharge. I try to cook meal prep and occasionally bake some treats, which I’m always happy to share.

I’m looking for someone who’s:

• Respectful and tidy with shared spaces (sorry, no dishwasher)
• Not into regular heavy partying or smoking/vaping
• Kind, communicative, and ideally on a similar daily rhythm
• Would be great if we have a few things in common, shared values go a long way
