Neighbourhood quiet, beside park, rink, community center. On busroute. Walk to lots of stores, malls, cinema, pub and restaurants. 2 bathrooms both being upgraded in coming months. Full kitchen shared.

Owner lives there or at farm but would like to increase travel. Renter often will be alone in house so would hv to care about the home, be responsible and help out. You must like cat and not mind 2 cockateils sometimes there who can sing loud. Owner private and does work from home.
