Coal Harbour with View of water & Mountains This is a 2-bedroom + 1 den, 2-bathroom apartment shared with one male (professional designer/owner) and one female (professional). There will be 3 roommates in total. This den is best suited for someone with a student lifestyle or low-profile routine.

We’re looking for a student, either international or local, or a visitor with a holiday/work visa. You are:

Exceptionally clean, organized, mature, considerate, and responsible

A non-smoker (any type, anywhere)

Not working from home

Ideally have a 9–5-ish class or work schedule (this is a plus!)

Have at least intermediate English communication skills
