Looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my 2-bed, 2-bath penthouse! Yep — we each get our own full bathroom 💅🏼

👯‍♀️ I’m ideally looking for one roommate, but I’d also be open to a couple if we split rent three ways — that would come out to $1218 per person.

📍The building is directly on top of Avril (the health food store), with a big grocery store right across the street, and surrounded by the best bars and restaurants in Griffintown.

The Lachine Canal is right at the end of the road (perfect for runs, walks, and dog adventures 🐾), and there are BIXI stations and bus stops on either end of the block. Location is truly 10/10.

📍L’immeuble est directement au-dessus d’Avril (l’épicerie santé), avec une grande épicerie juste en face, et entouré de tous les meilleurs restos et bars de Griffintown.

Le Canal Lachine est au bout de la rue (parfait pour courir, marcher ou promener un chien 🐾), et il y a des stations BIXI et arrêts de bus aux deux coins du bloc. Emplacement 10/10.

Date d’emménagement flexible — mais j’ai besoin de quelqu’un d’ici octobre 🍂

I’m 29, work from home, and keep things pretty chill during the week — calm evenings, good food, and low-key vibes. On weekends I’m usually more social and out and about. Ideally looking for someone on a similar rhythm so the place feels like a good fit for both of us.

I’m super tidy and like to “put the apartment to bed” at night (candles out, dishes done, mood set 😌). If you’re messy sometimes, no worries — just keep it to your side of the unit, not the common areas 😘

🐾 Pets are very welcome! My dog Miska is the sweetest. She used to live with my cat (RIP lil man 😿❤️‍🩹) and they got along beautifully. She also comes with me to cat-sit at friends’ places and does great with their two cats too. She’s dog-friendly, loves the dog park, and would LOVE a furry roommate 🐶💕

🐕 Worried about dog hair? Same. That’s why Wally the robot vac cleans daily and I brush Miska twice a day. I do my best to stay on top of it 💁🏼‍♀️

J’ai 29 ans, je travaille de chez moi et mes semaines sont assez tranquilles — soirées calmes, bons repas, ambiance relax. Les week-ends, je suis plus sociale et souvent dehors. J’aimerais vivre avec quelqu’un qui a un rythme de vie similaire.

Je suis très ordonnée et j’aime “mettre l’appart au lit” le soir (bougies éteintes, vaisselle faite, ambiance posée 😌). Si t’es un peu bordélique parfois, pas de souci — tant que ça reste de ton côté et pas dans les parties communes 😘

🐾 Les animaux sont les bienvenus ! Ma chienne Miska est un vrai amour. Elle a vécu avec mon chat (RIP petit cœur 😿❤️‍🩹) et ils s’entendaient super bien. Elle m’accompagne aussi quand je garde les chats de mes amis — aucun souci avec eux non plus. Elle adore les chiens et serait ravie d’avoir un coloc à 4 pattes 🐶💕

🐕 Tu stresses pour les poils ? Moi aussi. C’est pour ça que Wally le robot aspirateur passe tous les jours et que je brosse Miska deux fois par jour. Je fais de mon mieux 💁🏼‍♀️
