We are friends (M & F) seeking to share our 3 level home with (ONE) professional person (employed OUTSIDE the house weekdays), who would like a real home, with responsible, self-aware, health conscious housemates. We have the ideal space for an easy-going, no drama, community-oriented, emotionally and financially secure individual, who is willing to contribute to keeping the house beautiful and functional. Leaving bathrooms, kitchens and common spaces clean after using.
We share weekly chores (vacuuming, kitchen, bathrooms, hallways), snow shovelling in winter.
The house is in an upscale residential neighbourhood on a quiet cul-de-sac.
LOCATION: Close to Lougheed Mall (and Skytrain Station). Coquitlam. 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Lougheed Skytrain Station. 10 minute drive to Boundary Rd., (Vancouver), 10 minute drive to Burnaby, 10 minutes to New West. Close to everything you need: shopping, libraries, community centres, cafes (and a beautiful lake 20 minutes drive away).
ROOM: Fully furnishied. Comes with: large bed, dresser, night table, closet, couch, coffee table, computer desk and working fireplace. Large picture window. You have the only room on this floor. Washroom on this (lower) floor.
HOUSE: Large shared kitchen with glass topped stove, 2 available fridges, shared Bathroom with bathtub, shower on upper floor. The house is our Sanctuary-clean, tidy and full of plants, peaceful and homey. Washer and dryer, (line in warm weather).
Backyard: Great garden space with Organic Fruit Vegetable, Herb and Flower Gardens. Patio with BBQ’s.
