Spacious and light primary bedroom with double closets. Comes furnished with desk, chair, large dresser and double bed and blackout curtains for those who might work shifts. Can be non-furnished if you prefer. In addition to your private space, you’ll share the large living, dining and kitchen/pantry and a spare bedroom if you have the occasional guest visiting. There is out-door sitting area and patio, all just steps from Balm Beach. Fall to sleep to the sound of the waves. The house is one minute to tennis courts and beach restaurants and stores. It’s 10 minutes to Midland or Penetanguishene.
