Room Rental with Optional Room and Board This furnished room features Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix and Prime, and convenient access to the RED bus, which is located outside the door.

We are looking for a mature and organized female, and students are also encouraged to apply.

The room boasts a charming and cozy atmosphere, with a scenic view of the St. Lawrence River.

A small fridge and microwave can be provided if needed. Room and board, which includes breakfast and dinner, are available for $1200, while the room without board is $850.

As a friendly and laid-back older couple, we offer a warm and inviting home. I am a skilled cook and also run a small home-based baking business.
