I rented a two bedroom place in Regal tower. 4 minutes walk to the bus stop that has 5 buses(16, 43, 44, 45, 46) going straight to Usask Campus. We will be sharing kitchen and washroom. Coin operated laundry room is located at first floor. The apartment has a gym and community room at the basement. The stove is electric powered, which is one thing I liked about the place. Have parking space and allow cats only if fees are paid. The landowner informed maximum are two cats, and I might or might not volunteer for fostering stray cats. We can discuss with each other about this if you have certain preferences for pets. I’m open to any suggestions.

Water and Internet fees are included, and we only have to pay for power. I paid for security deposit.
