La chambre est calme et donne accès à une très grande et belle terrasse. Electros dans l’appartement: laveuse, sécheuse, clim, réfrigérateur, cuisinière à induction, lave-vaisselle. Accès à la piscine de la résidence en été. 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Situé en plein centre ville, à 4 minutes à pieds du métro Berri-UQAM (lignes orange, verre, jaune). En face d’une station Bixi. A la frontière du vieux port et du vieux Montréal. A 15 minutes à pieds du quartier des spectacles. Proche des bars du village. Appartement queer friendly. Le prix inclu le loyer + les charges (hydro, wifi). Stationnement et locker possibles mais non inclu dans le prix. Looking for a stable roommate who is clear about their long-term or medium-term life plans in Montreal to share a long-term two-person co-living setup (just the future roommate and myself) in a 4 ½ apartment (2 closed bedrooms). The apartment is fully furnished except for the future roommate’s bedroom — you will be responsible for furnishing it to your taste. The room is quiet and has access to a large and beautiful terrace.

Appliances included: washer, dryer, air conditioner, refrigerator, induction stove, and dishwasher. Building amenities: access to the residence’s pool in summer. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator).

Situated in downtown Montreal, just a 4-minute walk from Berri-UQAM metro station (orange, green, and yellow lines), across from a BIXI station. At the edge of the Old Port and Old Montreal, and a 15-minute walk from the Quartier des Spectacles. Close to the Village and its nightlife. Queer-friendly apartment.
