Located downtown Stoney Creek. 15 to 20 min drive to downtown Hamilton. 5 min to beach front. 5 min to highway.

Private 2 piece bathroom attached to bedroom, with private use to 3 piece accessed from hallway. Room will not be furnished except closet system and dresser. If a bed or additional furniture is needed, it can be discussed.

Rooms have been sound proofed during renovation.

I work as a full time interior designer 830-5 Early riser, and early to bed.

I consider myself quiet except my 2x mini daschunds that bark when they play or hear someone at the front door. I’m generally out hiking with them or at the beach on weekends.

I’m still wrapping up small projects around the house, so some nights I may be painting or landscaping the backyard.

I would get along best with someone who has a similar schedule and loves dogs.
