WIFI free. Parking available. Non smoking. Pets can be discussed. I am looking for young professionals, I want one tenant/family for the whole lower level, not willing to rent room separately. House is always clean, well maintained and a very respectful and quiet atmosphere. I am not looking for students. Contract is for 6 months definitely renewable
