Very spacious. The house shares the lot with 3 other houses occupied by gay and trans people. There’s a property manager who takes care of the gardens/yard during the summer and snow/ice during the winter. The original house on this lot was listed on Toronto’s top 100 Victorian homes. Everything is renovated and modern. I’ve furnished the common areas in a mid century modern style.

Just me! My ex and I went separate ways and 2400sq Ft is too much space for one person! I’m a Trauma/ER/ICU nurse. I love camping, riding my bike playing board games and reading. I also like to host the occasional dinner party. You’d be invited of course!
