No smoking/vaping allowed inside.

Rent is $900 per month including high speed internet. electricity not included. Electric bill is typically $70 to $90 per month and is split 50/50.

Hey, I’m Alex. I just graduated from the U of A and am looking to rent out a bedroom in my apartment while I look for jobs and figure out everything.

I keep the apartment fairly tidy and am also pretty quiet and don’t often stay up late. I do like to have friends over occasionally, but I try to stay respectful and let you know that they will be coming and to not be too disruptive to you. I also love to bake, so there are normally cookies and breads around to share.
