There are unfurnished photos of the house provided in this post, although keep in mind the house is now furnished. There are photos of the room furnished, but it will be empty for you to put your own things!

Key Features: • Bedroom in a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house (shared washrooms) • Dishwasher, stove, microwave & laundry provided • Fully furnished common areas • Spacious fenced backyard • Parking spot if needed • Fantastic location: • 5 min walk to 3 plazas with food, cosmetics & grocery stores • 5 min walk to multiple bus stops • 10–15 min bus ride to University of Guelph (transit app says longer, but it’s not!)

About the House: All roommates are female students — quiet, respectful, and friendly. Sometimes social, but not a party house. Located in a family neighbourhood, so we value respect for each other and the neighbours.
