The building and condo rules/bylaws must be strictly followed. The building has a fully stocked and modern gym, Concierge and Security, small and large party rooms, pool hall, gardens, and BBQ. Private, designated parking and secure bike racks.

Spoilt for choice with grocery stores of all budgets and ethnicities, cafe, restaurants, and shopping. Parks and famous Don trails at your doorstep along with Fairview Mall, Shops at Don Mills, Golden Mile, Eglinton Centre, Medical Offices, the Agha Khan Park and Museum, and Japanese Cultural Centre at walking distance.

You will be sharing with me, the owner of the condo. You have your own large, private, and furnished room.

The washroom and kitchen are shared. There is no common area. I work from home but you must be a full time office go-er or full time student with occasional work from home days. Laundry is ensuite. Hydro and High Speed Internet included.

I am quiet, clean, considerate and keep to myself. Quiet hours must be observed. No loud music, no guests, no pets, no smoking, no drinking in the house, and you will clean the bathroom once a week. You will come and go as you please. Light cooking is ok.
