There is a gate in the backyard that opens and a bus stop is 10 feet away. Non smoking house. No smoking is permitted on the premises as the home owner does have lung issues. No pets as we have 2 dogs already. No overnight guests When the side entry is completed a section of the large backyard will be segregated for the basement unit tenants use.
