Large basement (living room/bedroom) available with private bathroom and a separate large storage area. Shared areas are on the main level including ( Kitchen, dining room, living room, large backyard with shed and fire pit & clothes line. Property backs onto a large green space with a skate park, community garden and community center with a pool and gym. The laundry is located on the upper level in the private space my daughter and I rent. Therefore we require advance notice when you want to do your laundry. I am hoping to add a washer and dryer to the basement within the next 2 months.
