Rent is $1700/month on a month-to-month basis. Your bedroom comes fully furnished with a queen bed, mattress, desk, chair, and you will have your own bathroom, which is currently being renovated and will be brand new by move-in. The unit has in-suite washer/dryer, and the living room and kitchen are shared with me.

All utilities (water, electricity, internet) + parking spot are included. Enjoy access to building amenities: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and bike storage.
