About the room
Bright and spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment! The building is just a 3 minute walk to the train and saddledome, and a short walk to downtown, 17th ave etc. The unit has in suite laundry and ac. I’ll also be updating the kitchen within the next couple months! I haven’t moved in yet, so there’s currently no furniture, but I’m going to be getting all of that in the next month. Move in date is flexible, but ideally I would like someone for the end of September or October 1.
About the roomies
I’m 28 years old and work full time as a Wildlife Biologist, so I’ll occasionally work from home, but I’m also away about 30% of the time. I love being outdoors (trail running, camping, picnics, you name it), trying new spots downtown, hosting dinners for friends, and travelling. Looking for a roommate who can keep the place relatively tidy and can match my energy. If we can also be friends, that would be lovely :)
