~ Seeking Roommate - 3 Bedroom Apartment in The Junction, Avail OCTOBER 1st ~

Hey y’all, someone’s moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over a private room in a 3 bedroom apartment in The Junction neighbourhood.

Apartment shared with two male professionals in their early 30s.

Room is 9 feet x 7 feet. Unfurnished.

Apartment includes a private backyard, private, basement / storage, laundry and shared parking.

Relatively clean & tidy (a solid 7 / 10 on average).

Internet & Hydro not included, come to roughly $40-60 a month per person on average.

Also, we typically pool $20-ish a month per person for expendables (paper towels, etc.)

First & last month’s rent required at move in.

Chill, Clean, Cozy - words that would apply to the space.

LGBT & 420 friendly a must.

Roomie #1, Borys (me): Works in film/tv, has very random schedule, can be a couch potato in off days, goes to gym a lot, sometimes leaves for months at a time for work, sometimes has a month off, 🏳️‍🌈

Roomie #2: Professional pasta maker, works long hours, chill, gamer, movies lover.

Community activities include chilling, watching movies / chatting in living room after a long day.

Love having friends over for shindigs / general hangs a few times a month.

Definitely looking for someone who gels with the general vibes of the place and is down for occasional hangs.

If you’re into international cooking, tv & movie nights, the occasional kitchen party, and chilling, this place ~may~ be for you.

(no animals live with us at present but a cat is hopefully in the near future 🤞🤞)
