My boyfriend and I are subletting our spacious, fully furnished bedroom in a shared 2-bedroom condo in beautiful Cabbagetown. The room is large, well-lit with big windows, and offers a lovely view. You’ll have a private bathroom (shared only occasionally with guests). Building amenities include terrace with pool, billiards room, and gym.

🏙 Location: 10 min walk to Wellesley & Sherbourne subway stations, steps from shops, groceries, pharmacy, bus stops, and close to U of T.

Hi, I’m a female working as a teacher and completing a Master’s in Psychotherapy. I work from 8 am to 4 PM, 5 days a week at school, and will do my evening classes from home. My boyfriend works in advertising and goes into the office 3 times a week. Cleanliness is a must as we both are quite OCD. We are active people and love cooking, dancing, and occasionally hosting friends. We’re looking for a like-minded working professional or grad student who’s friendly, considerate, and enjoys connecting while respecting each other’s quiet time.
