Very new, modern and spacious seni-detached home located in Gatineau (Aylmer), Plateau with a full gym.
The room is medium size and includes a brand new bed, nightstand, dresser, desk and a large closet and TV with Netflix and Prime.
There is a large beautiful bathroom upstairs and laundry right next to the room on the upper floor. There is a powder room on the main floor.
The garage is insulated and heated and includes a full gym with a power rack, free weights and an air bike. Use of the gym is fully included.
The neighbourhood is fabulous for walking, biking or running, and we are just 5 minutes from Gatineau Park trails.
About the roomies
I’m a single mom of two teenagers who live with me full time. I work from home 2 days per week, and work in Ottawa 3 days per week. I’m very active and lead a very quiet lifestyle. I am usually always home. I love walking, running, hiking and winter sports too!
We do have a young medium size dog and two friendly cats. So, the tenant would need to be tolerant of animals and not allergic.
We are a quiet family. We are usually all in our rooms when we’re home. Being that my kids are teens, they have friends around at times, but my son has the entire basement.
