Looking for a roommate to share the rent. It is a 2 bedroom basement suit with a separate entrance from the main floor, full size kitchen, with dishwasher, great natural light despite being in the basement. Full size washer and dryer, Central air, big storage closet. Split backyard from the main floor separated by a fence with lots of sunlight, great for barbecue and there’s a shed.

I’m shy, quiet and I keep to myself. My sister and her husband live on the main floor with their daughter. I don’t drink or do drugs, I vape outside. If you do smoke cannabis, outside only as my neice lives upstairs and the smell would go through the vents.
