I am renting TWO identical bright cozy rooms in brand new home. Located at kalar and McLeod NIAGARA FALLS SOUTH. Close to QEW

This is a 3 room 2.5 bathroom house.

FEMALE ONLY 1 person per room.

Each room is furnished with a bed, night table, lamp, desk, and chair; in addition to a storage bookcase.

Each bedroom has a closet.

Every bed is fitted with a fitted and flat sheat comforter with a duvet cover and four pillows.

Shared big bathroom, only TWO persons will use the bathroom. The bathroom has a separate toilet / shower from sink ( see picture) big counter.

Second floor laundry.

Shared kitchen, with dishwasher.

Shared living room and dining room as well.

Roomates renting will have their own front closet.

Includes utilities/ wifi

In house - AC / thermostat

Access to backyard.

Parking available.

Non smoker.

Close to QEW, Costco, Walmart, no frills, Metro. There are eight plazas in the surroundings including Cinemax and Mc Bain community center all within walking distance.

I am a mature woman and live alone in this property. You will share the entire house with me, nevertheless I visit my family in toronto very often therefore I am not here for short and long periods of time therefore my potential roomates would have the house for themselves at those times. I work 12 hour shifts when I am in the city.
