This is a private room with a view of tall trees in a building for a single, non-smoking, healthy habits female available on March 1. The private room is fully furnished with a double size bed, a desk and chair, drawers, a mini fridge, a 32’ TV and a large closet. Bedding sheets, duvets and towels are not provided. There is a coin laundry in the building basement. The flat is quiet and serene, perfect for students or working from home professionals. The flat overall has 2 private bedrooms, shared bathroom, shared space such as living room & dining room and shared kitchen fully furnished for basic cooking. Collaborative cleaning of common areas is on a rotation basis, so someone who knows how to clean the commons areas i.e. kitchen, living room and bathroom would be great, the place is small and doesn’t take long to clean. There will be sharing cost of household shared items such as cleaning products, so mindful use of resources is appreciated. No overnight guests are allowed in the flat to keep the place safe and respectful for all. During the day friends and family are allowed, a heads up would also be appreciated. No noise disturbance, excessive use of alcohool, drugs or parties because this is a quiet place. The location is prime in Toronto, on the Upper Beaches area, closed to downtown Toronto, all amenities and various public transportation systems. The building is within walking distance to the lake, ravines and parks in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Balmy Beach is the closest beach.

The place will be shared with a single female, professional and someone who travels often for work. The roommate lives a healthy life style and is plant-based. The roommate must also be clean & tidy person, good sense of awaress when things need to be done without being asked, who knows how to clean up after themself and maintain things in order and no drama about the cleaning! The principal roommate is an easy going, but also enjoys privacy and quiet times in her room. Brunches on the weekends with roomie, whenever both are free, would be fun in order to cultivate a healthy social co-habitation.
