The flat has 2 private bedrooms, one shared bathroom and a small kitchen fully furnished. No overnight guests are allowed to keep the place safe and respectful for all. No drugs or parties either because this is a quiet home. The room is large & bright, and has a window overlooking tall trees. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a desk and chair, 32“ TV, drawers and two closets.

Two people will be living in this flat. This is a place for clean & tidy person, and no drama! the roomie is a professional and is easy going, kind & bubbly person but also enjoys privacy and quiet times for reading and working on personal projects. Brunches on the weekend with roomie would be fun and cultivating a healthy lifestyle and socializing.
