Looking to transfer the lease on my room. The place is very close to U of T and OCAD. Close to china town, and kensington. Really a great location. Students and young professionals will be prioritized. This is a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom with a decent shared kitchen and living area. We value having a tidy and clean living space and am looking for someone that will make the effort to keep it this way.
About the roomies
The other roommates are 3 males. One is finishing his PHD at UofT, the other is finishing his undergrad at the toronto film school, and the other is a young artist. They are all pretty cool and the vibe at the place is very chill.
