Yineth Ferreira's room

At the moment the room is used for storage I have no good pictures of it. Medium size bedroom in a large, spacious 5 1/2 top-floor duplex. Cozy, bright bedroom in the back of the house for quiet nights. Room with a single bed possibility to add desk if needed. Spacious closet.

Located close to De l’Église, métro Joliecoeur it’s in a nice part of the island with close access to downtown, but in a very quiet, family-friendly area. There is everything you need to cook and store food in the kitchen (dishwasher included) and the bathroom has a big counter with a bath and a shower head.

I am the only other roomie my boyfriend may stay once in a while. I speak french/english and Spanish. I am a very calm and respecful person. Looking for a friendly and clean woman to share my house. No parties but friends are allowed. I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. Every other weekend you may have the apartment to yourself. Available from 1 November to 1 July possibility to stay longer
