Furnished room in shared SFU female student accommodation in 2-nd part of the house. The room is very bright, on the first floor in second half of the house. There are 3 rooms in total, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, small dining area, laundry, patio, and outside storage. The room comes fully furnished; linens and towels are also provided. All utilities: hydro, heat, and high-speed internet are included. Location; Close to SFU Burnaby campus, on the edge of Burnaby Mt. with walking distance up to 15 min to Burquitlam Station, or within 5 min. walk to the nearest bus stop. References required. No smoking, no pets. Single occupancy only. Available from Sept. 1st 2025 Rent is $850. This place is shared by females only.
