Very unique condo great location close to everything restaurants groceries both Universities Hospitals with 2 to kl.Very quiet place and we like to keep it as such .On River valley gorgeous views all year round no matter which way you look gorgeous sunrises and sunsets even in winter with a frosty river valley.Nicr room available with own bathroom being main apartment bathroom but landlady has ensuite bathroom. Can share kitchen but must keep clean after your done .Responsible to keep your room and Bathroom clean.May use my laundry room once a weeks but not for very spoiled laundry.
