We’ve got the basement of our house open and are looking for someone to move in! It’s a really great space with a big bedroom, full bathroom, living room, and kitchen. There’s also a private side entrance, so you can totally have your own space (we’d just share the laundry). The house has a huge backyard, parking out back, and is in an awesome location: only 5 mins to MRU, 15 mins to downtown, and close to grocery stores and other essentials. Rent doesn’t include utilities. Range from $85-$150 depending on the month.

Three young adult females (24, 25, 25) looking for a fourth member to round out our crew. Two of us work full-time, and the other is finishing her last year of university. We’re an athletic bunch who love being outdoors, reading, and watching the occasional reality TV show together.

We’re a mix of chill at home and social—enjoy having friends over and spending time together—but we also value a clean and respectful living space. We’re looking for someone who shares similar interests, is tidy, friendly, and enjoys a balance of social time and personal space.
