One furnished, private room available in a recently renovated basement apartment. It is located in a detached house in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and steps to public transit. The apartment is charming, bright, clean, and well-kept with 3 good sized bedrooms. The other two rooms have been rented by female students. Therefore, preferred female due to shared common areas. The room comes furnished with a double size bed, new mattress, drawer dresser, bedside table, lamp, desk, chair, spacious 6 feet-wide closet, and window coverings. The room has a lockable door with its own key. The newly renovated bathroom has a sturdy glass shower enclosure that adds light and a fresh and modern feel to the shower space. The Eat-in kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, table, and chairs. Basic pots and pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils are provided. It has an in-unit laundry room with a new washer and dryer. All utilities and unlimited high-speed internet are included. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Separate private entrance.
