1 parking space in driveway if needed and bike storage if needed

Please note this is a room in the basement of our house and we have 3 kids and 2 small dogs so you must be comfortable with dogs (they only stay on our the main floor)

You must walk through the house to get to the basement (from garage or front door) so we are looking for someone truth worthy. We are looking for someone quiet and will not allow any visitors or guests.

Ideally we’d like to share our space with a quiet student or someone who’s here for professional work or study and doesn’t mind a family atmosphere. We’ve had au pairs before so we are comfortable with international cultures.
