Nickey and Jenna are both artists that have lived in the apartment for over a year already and we love it! Jenna’s job requires a lot of travel so this would be a sublet of her room while she’s away, with potential to buy out her security deposit if you’d like to stay. Right now that means the apartment is completely furnished but if you’re bringing your own as well, let us know and I’ll make some room. This place gets a ton of natural light from the east-facing windows in the main area so its great for readers and plant-lovers like ourselves. Nickey is starting at SAIT this fall for Graphic Design and she’ll be the roommate here.
