About the room
Furnished sublet in an apartment building, close to SAIT and with great transit. One room for one roomie, with the option to add pets. This place gets a ton of natural light from the east-facing windows in the main area so its great for readers and plant-lovers like me! We do have in-suite laundry as well. Apartment building has shared spaces on the second floor and rooftop that are pretty nice. This is a non-smoking building.
About the roomies
Nickey is starting at SAIT this fall for Graphic Design and she’ll be the roommate here. I’ve been living here for over a year already and I love it! I’ve had previous room mates here before and we’ve got along well, including the current roomie. She’s leaving at the end of December so I need someone to take over her half of the rent. A previous room mate left a bunch of her stuff so the place is furnished already, but if you have your own stuff let me know and I’ll make some space.
