This is for ESL students for September 2026. Live with an English teacher and her multilingual son. Weekly dinners and opportunities to explore the local spots. There is a larger room 1250$ and a smaller room 950$.
Everything is included in the rent. Furniture, Hydro, electricity and internet. Laundry is in the basement and is shared. The kitchen and dining room are small. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Boardwalk/Beach is 12 minutes walk. The bike path is 3 minutes downhill. 501/503 streetcar and 92 bus all close.
