Basement available for a 12 month duration. Full basement with area for bedroom and area for living-room. Think of it as a bachelor. Kitchen is shared as well as bathroom/shower. Main floor bathroom strictly for basement tenant, upstairs bathroom for showering. Laundry room is in basement and coordination for laundry will be essential. Main floor will house two large dogs (extremely friendly). Landlord is an adult with a baby. Baby is in daycare full time, then upstairs and ready for bed by 8ish pm. Landlord works from home on main floor 2-3x a week but there’s no concerns Basement is not furnished. Optional to get your own microwave / mini fridge / etc. Otherwise main floor kitchen is accessible.

No pets (my dogs would be too much for additional animals) No guests / friends over unless conversation is had with landlord. No partying. 12 month term. Looking for someone quiet that keeps to themselves
