Great place, near Jeanne Mance and Mcgill, you must be a student of some kind (that’s why it’s so cheap) it’s a pretty reasonably sized room and the place is pretty big with a huge kitchen, we’ve already got most house stuff and there’s already a bed for you

My names Andrew I’m 24 and finishing up my Comp Sci degree at Concordia, Yak and Baptist are the other two roommates, we are good friends and will hang out so hopefully you can bring that vibe as well, we are quite chill but will have people over every once and awhile. Also our landlord is super nice and even gets us a free cleaner every month
