The condominium is close to Downtown West Kerby Station, which is a free fare zone, and has a gym/fitness room. It is also close to different restaurants offering a wide array of cuisines. There’s a number of events nearby every month to keep you socializing!

I will be providing the pillows, bed sheets (including extras), comforter etc. for the room. House general essentials are also included in the rent, such as laundry pods, bathroom tissue, kitchen towel, etc.

Hey, I am Marchian, aka your next potential roomie! I work in the AEC industry also in downtown and a visual artist on the side.

I love having people around, preparing food and entertaining them (friends) but always keeping the place clean and organize after. I also try to be more active with Prince’s Island Park being so close it makes it easy!
