About the room
The condominium is so close to Downtown West Kerby Station that you can hear the next arrival of the train making it a double edged sword, but you’ll get used to it (hopefully)! It is also close to different restaurants offering a wide array of cuisines. There’s a number of events nearby every month to keep you socializing!
The room is currently occupied by a friend, but once vacant, we will personally decorate and buy furniture so by at the end of the day, when you just want to rest and chill, your room will be there to keep you company.
My residential manager has to run a credit check and whatnot before becoming our official roomie!
*House general essentials are also included in the rent, such as laundry pods, bathroom tissue, kitchen towel, etc.
About the roomies
Hey! We are Marchian and Marc, aka M², your next potential roomies! Marchian works at an engineering firm in Downtown Calgary (boring) and a visual artist (fun), while Marc is a full time university student and a part time scooper at one of the best ice cream places in Calgary!
We love having people around and preparing food for them, but always keeping the place clean and organize after. We also try to be active (LOL) with Prince’s Island Park being so close it makes it easy!
If you’re fun, responsible, and love to be around people who are alike, we are the perfect roomies for you!
