About the room
Hello I have a Private room to rent out. It’s a 2 bedroom bungalow, I am the house owner, i will be staying in the other room. Looking to rent out the private room from now till next year 2026 may-June. Or longer.
We would need to share all appliances/ bathroom/ kitchen and laundry room+ house. Laundry room is located downstairs, there is a lounge area downstairs to hangout. House has a large kitchen, large bathroom and a big backyard just shy of 1/4 acre by 55’.
It will be myself and my girlfriend living in the house.
