Lovely private room offered in Esquimalt. The room is cosy, has a huge south-facing window with a peekaboo ocean view. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the condo.

James, 38 y/o Male (He/Him) and my irascible but affectionate 7 y/o longhair cat, Gus. I’ll be returning to UVic for full-time studies in Sept so ideally looking for a roommate for 8 months-1 year. I enjoy a mixture of socializing and private time in a shared-living situation, keeping the living space relatively organized and tidy, and encouraging respectful communication.
