Kristen's room

I have a private room (with bathroom) to rent in the desired Rosedale area of Hamilton, a safe and quiet neighbourhood and a quick drive to other areas of hamilton, burlington and stoney creek.

Move in date is somewhat flexible, ideally I’d like to find someone by February but can be available as early as October. Someone looking for longer term is also welcomed.

For privacy reasons I’ve decided to only show photos to those who are interested and I feel they would be a good fit.

It’s a 3 bedroom house, just renovated top to bottom and beautifully decorated. The bedroom I’m offering is large, has beautiful wide plank oak flooring, white walls and plenty of natural light with closet storage. The bathroom located directly across the hall with a large walk in shower and beautiful vanity has plenty of storage and would be exclusively for your use.

I am only interested in renting one room, so it would be just the two of us in the house.

The 3rd room I use an office/ second living room. The price does not include utilities, we would share the utility costs which are very reasonable and I’m happy to chat about.

There’s a backyard for lounging and enjoying the tree filled views of the escarpment.

It’s very accessible to shopping, recreational activities, schools (including Mohawk & Mcmaster), transit and anything else you’d need.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, quiet, clean, responsible and respectful. I can offer you the same. I like quiet time to myself to recharge, having a home that feels like a sanctuary is very important to me. I have one cat, she is super friendly, and never bites or scratches but she would not be okay with other pets.

This will require credit check, proof of income as well as personal and employment references.
