The room for rent is very spacious it’s a master bedroom. Comes with two bed side tables, a desk with chair, hangers in the closet and a laundry bag. Just bring your own bed and clothes. This place pretty much has everything you can think of. Access to a pool, ensuite laundry, microwave, coffee maker, even an air fryer and a BBQ with a patio set. Within walking distance to bus stops. Conviently located close to many stores. Also of which are within walking distance. The place is very quiet. Everything is included in the rent, high speed Rogers Internet. Even Satellite tv with a bunch of channels. The landlord and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. For example the air conditioning wasn’t working one day. And the landlord had a technician the next day to have it fixed. This place is amazing. There is alot of natural light. So it doesn’t feel like your living in a walkout basement. There are even several nature trails close by.

I’m a very quiet, friendly respectful 35 year old guy. That likes to keep the place clean. I’m on ODSP but looking for a job in the KW area. I enjoy playing video games, going for hikes, camping, kayaking and canoeing.
