I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Westmount. It’s available starting September 1, or possibly a bit sooner.

The place is recently renovated and fully furnished (aside from your bedroom). You’d have your own full bathroom (it’s also the one guests would use), in-suite laundry, and we’d share the kitchen, living room, etc. The apartment is close to MacEwan University, Unity Square, and has good access to transit.

Hoping to find someone respectful, clean, and easy to live with — ideally a working professional or student.

Sorry, no couples or families. I also have a cat, so I’m not looking to introduce any more pets into the home.

I’m a 30-something working professional based in the Westmount area in Edmonton. I work full time downtown and tend to keep a fairly full schedule during the week, whether that’s getting outside, seeing friends and family, or staying active. I’d describe myself as clean, organized, and respectful, and I enjoy keeping a relaxed but well-kept home.

I’m social by nature and like to host friends every now and then (nothing rowdy), but I also appreciate quiet time to recharge as well as respecting others’ space and schedule. Most evenings and weekends I’m out and about, but I do love slow mornings and the occasional night on the couch – especially in the Winter.

I’m single, educated, and really value open communication and shared respect when living with someone. I’m hoping to find someone with a similar approach to home life.

I also have a cat and I am not open to living with more pets.
